A private dining room with views of the backyard garden is just off the living room.  The main floor also has a family room and the principal bedroom with a large humidity-controlled walk-in closet, a second master bedroom on the first floor with a view of the garden, and a private bathroom.  Then on the second floor, you find 3 bedrooms.

The outdoor space is well-kept and beautifully designed. A large front yard has a mix of gardens and open spaces. When you enter the property, you are greeted by a wonderful garden entrance leading to the front door with an antique arch door frame.  The backyard has more garden space and even a hidden garden area. There is a 3-car covered garage, laundry room, and service quarters.

The monthly rental rate includes internet, cable TV, water, trash removal, gardening services, condominium maintenance fees, 24/7 security, and electricity consumption up to US$275 per month.  To ensure the property is maintained to the highest standard, a professional housekeeping service is required. The cost of this service is not included in the rental rate and must be covered by the tenant.

Please note that this is the owner's personal residence, and they return to enjoy the property throughout the year. For this reason, the home is not available for annual leases and is offered only for monthly rentals during the times when the owners are not in residence.
