We’re an independently owned real estate brokerage based in La Antigua Guatemala, affiliated with the global Century 21 network. Founded in 2008 by Glenn Wilson, our team specializes in residential property in Antigua, Lake Atitlán, and Guatemala’s Pacific Coast — both for international buyers relocating to Guatemala and for local clients buying, selling, and renting homes in our region.
Our office is at 4a Calle Oriente #44, La Antigua Guatemala, 03001 — a short walk from Parque Central. We welcome clients in person Monday through Saturday. If you prefer to meet at a property, café, or via video call, just let us know when you reach out.

We’re a team of professional real estate agents based in Antigua, with a mix of native Guatemalan and bilingual international team members. Many of our agents have lived and worked in the area for decades and know each neighborhood, condominium, and HOA personally. You can browse our agent profiles on the Agents page to see specialties, areas, and recent listings.
English and Spanish across the team. Agent profiles indicate which language each team member is most comfortable working in.
Yes. We are a fully accredited Century 21 office, which means we benefit from international branding, MLS-style cross-listing tools, and the C21 referral network — useful when our clients move to or from other countries.
Using the Website
Click Login at the top of any page, then choose Register or Sign up. You’ll need an email address and a password. Registration is free and lets you save favorite properties, set up search alerts, and request viewings faster.
No. You can browse all listings, view photos, see prices, and contact us without logging in. Creating an account is only useful if you want to save searches, build a favorites list, or manage your inquiries in one place.
Click the heart icon ❤️ on any property card or listing page. If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to sign in or register first. Saved properties appear under My Account → Favorites in your dashboard.
When you run a search (filtering by area, price range, bedrooms, etc.), look for the Save Search button on the results page. Name your search, choose how often you want to be notified (instantly, daily, or weekly), and we’ll email you when new properties match your criteria. You can manage or pause your saved searches anytime from your account dashboard.
Log in and go to My Account → Saved Searches. From there you can re-run any search, edit the criteria, change notification frequency, or delete it.
Yes. Click the language switcher at the top of any page (🇺🇸 EN / 🇪🇸 ES). Property descriptions, page content, and emails are all bilingual. The website remembers your preference for next time.
The main search bar lets you filter by:
- City and area (down to specific neighborhoods)
- Property type (house, condo, land, commercial, etc.)
- Price range (in USD or Guatemalan Quetzales)
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Lot size and built area
- Amenities (pool, garden, garage, etc.)
- For sale vs. for rent
- Specific features (mountain view, antique character, etc.)
Use the Advanced Search option to combine multiple criteria.
Yes. Use the currency toggle in the header to switch between USD and GTQ. Listings show both currencies on the property detail page.
For privacy or seller preference, some property prices aren’t displayed publicly. Contact us through the listing’s inquiry form or call/WhatsApp our office and we’ll share the price and full details with you directly.
Contacting Us & Requesting Viewings
On any property’s detail page, click the Request a Viewing button or fill out the inquiry form on the right side. Include your preferred dates and times. The listing agent will reach out — usually within a few hours during business hours, or by the next business morning.
Each property listing shows the listing agent’s name, photo, and direct contact info. You can also browse our Agents page to find an agent by language, specialty, or area, then message them directly through their profile.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business hours during our regular office hours. Outside hours, we’ll respond first thing the next business morning. For urgent matters, calling or WhatsApping our main line (+502 7965 2641) is fastest.
Yes. Many listings include video walk-throughs look for the video on the property card. For listings without one, we’re happy to arrange a live video tour over WhatsApp or Zoom. Just mention it when you request a viewing.
Absolutely. Once you’ve made initial contact with an agent (through a viewing request, listing inquiry, or referral), they’ll typically be your dedicated point of contact for the rest of your search and any future transactions. You can also request to switch agents at any time — we’ll make sure your information transfers cleanly.
Use the List Your Property form on our website, call us directly, or email [email protected]. We’ll schedule a free property visit, prepare a market valuation, walk through our marketing strategy and commission structure, and answer any questions before you commit. There’s no obligation just to get a valuation.

Yes — anyone is welcome to drop by during office hours. We can show you available listings on our screens, answer questions in person, and arrange viewings on the spot.
Account, Privacy & Communication
No. You only receive emails matching your specific saved search criteria, at the frequency YOU choose (instant, daily, weekly). You can pause or delete any search anytime. We don’t share your email with third parties or send unrelated marketing.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also manage notifications from My Account → Settings. To delete your account entirely, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll handle it within 24 hours.
We use it only to follow up on your inquiries and (if you’ve opted in) to send saved-search alerts. We do NOT sell or share your contact info with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
On the login page, click Forgot Password? and enter the email address you registered with. We’ll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
