For Rent

San Bartolomé Becerra lies on the flat ground on the western edge of Antigua, along the road to Ciudad Vieja. Founded in 1575, its church holds one of the most visited images in the valley during Lent, and the village is known for fine furniture and gold and silver work. It is a real working town where many locals live, and one of the most popular areas for buyers near the city.

A big part of the appeal is Plaza Telares, the relatively new mall right here: a full grocery store, department stores, banks, restaurants, a Starbucks and a very good gym, so everything people need day to day is minutes away without driving into Antigua. Add the gated communities, level lots, mostly paved access and a five to ten minute drive to the centre, still within walking distance for many, and it is easy to see why buyers keep choosing it.
