Paseo Antigua is a gated residential community at the entrance to La Antigua Guatemala, about 1.5 km from Parque Central. It sits next to the Paseo Antigua shopping centre, so groceries, banks and restaurants are within walking distance. It is one of the few gated communities inside the municipality of Antigua itself, with cobblestone streets, underground utilities, controlled access, landscaped common areas and volcano views.
Lots are generous for somewhere this close to the centre, typically 15 by 30 metres (450 m²).
