Santa Delfina, listed on our site as Finca Santa Delfina, is a gated community in San Pedro Las Huertas, just south of La Antigua Guatemala and about ten to fifteen minutes from Parque Central. Its amenities are closer to a resort than a condominium: a semi-olympic pool with volcano views, a tennis court and mini golf, a gym and spa with sauna, a bar and social areas, a football pitch, a children’s playground and visitor parking.
Lot sizes vary more than in most communities here, from about 230 m² to close to 1,500 m², which gives everything from compact family homes to large single-level houses with big gardens. Volcán de Agua dominates the view. These are the homes and lots we currently have listed in Santa Delfina.
