Condominio Hacienda San Juan is a gated community in Alotenango, on the road between Ciudad Vieja and Alotenango, about fifteen minutes from Parque Central depending on traffic. The community is laid out around a central garden, with controlled access and wide views of the volcanoes.
It is best known for its villas: two-level homes in a modern colonial design with three to six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, cedar doors, wooden ceilings and tile roofs, on lots from about 160 m² up to combined lots of nearly 500 m².
