Glenn Wilson

Originally from Canada, I came to Antigua in late 2007 to train under my father, Brian Wilson, who had been brokering real estate in this valley for many years before me. In 2008 we co-founded Century 21 Antigua Fine Homes together — and what started as a father-son project has grown into one of the most established brokerages in the region. Today I lead day-to-day operations alongside my wife and co-broker, Marian, with our two young boys Ben and Bradley keeping us grounded in why we do what we do. Over 17+ years here, I've helped hundreds of clients — expats moving to Guatemala for the first time, families returning home after years abroad, investors building portfolios, and owners of some of the most distinguished properties in Antigua and beyond. My specialty is the higher end of the market and the kind of long-relationship work that comes with helping someone build (or sell) a life chapter, not just a property. I work across Antigua, the Valle, San Lucas, Lake Atitlán, and the Pacific Coast — basically everywhere our brokerage covers.
